Fibo builds relationships at FORTIS conference
Fibo UK met with a diverse range of builders’ merchants and kicked off new business relationships at the recent FORTIS conference, held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole. Fibo UK became an approved supplier to all members of FORTIS last year.
The bi-annual conference introduced new members, and included a ‘Meet the Merchant’ speed-dating event. Respected industry speakers shared insight into current hot topics including digital marketing and the impact of Brexit.
"It was an invaluable opportunity for networking with new and established customers," comments Fibo Sales Director Gary Hodgson. "All the meetings were successful and everyone wanted to learn more about Fibo’s wall panels, and the support we’re offering merchants. The two-way exchange made the whole experience engaging and refreshing. Great conversations also took place during the downtime. I’m confident it is the beginning of many long-term relationships."
An active sales and marketing programme is helping drive demand for Fibo’s extensive range of wall panels, positioning them as a true alternative to tiles in a variety of different markets. Ongoing support for merchants with POS, show areas and training has helped boost sales of Fibo’s panels for FORTIS members.
